Helena Bay Lodge boasts the main lodge and five luxurious villa suites featuring spacious balconies overlooking Helena Bay beach and the ocean beyond. Each room offers amenities including marble bathrooms, beautiful tapestries, and complimentary Leica binoculars to take in the wildlife in the sky and at sea.

Head Chef Michele Martino hails from Italy’s Michelin-starred Ristorante Don Alfonso. Delicious lamb and Wagyu beef come directly from the on-site farm. Home-grown organic vegetables, fruit, and herbs fill the menu, and there are eight beehives.

There are a sumptuous spa and an outdoor pool. For those looking to get active, there’s a tennis court, hiking trails, and biking routes down to the beach.

Location & Getting There
Helena Bay Lodge lies in the northeast corner of New Zealand’s North Island, along three kilometers of pristine coastline. Daily flights go between Auckland International Airport and Whangarei Airport, a 40-minute drive from Helena Bay. The property is also accessible by private helicopter in just 45-minutes from Auckland Airport.

Helena Bay Lodge boasts the main lodge and sumptuous two- and three-villa suites accommodating up to 10 guests. The opulent suites all feature spacious balconies overlooking Helena Bay beach and the ocean beyond.
