Built on a 55-hectare farm in the highlands of Santa Cruz, the largest island in the Galapagos archipelago, off the coast of Ecuador, this eco-friendly luxury tented camp provides a unique way to experience these enchanting Islands. Galapagos Safari Camp is one of the first of its kind in Latin America and offers a combination of lavish accommodation, comfort and adventure. The lodge provides nine spacious and luxurious canvas tents designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Décor is safari chic and each tent has a delightful verandah, the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine as you soak up the magnificent views over the Pacific Ocean and the neighbouring islands. There is also a three-bed family suite.

An array of once-in-a-lifetime experiences is on offer from spotting exotic wildlife and bike riding to snorkelling and exploring neighbouring islands. Galapagos Safari Camp Information

Location and Getting there:

The camp is situated on Santa Cruz Island in The Galapagos. There are daily flights from Quito and Guayaquil to Baltra. From there, transfer is by boat to Santa Cruz Island followed by a 30-minute drive.


There are nine luxury tents (27-sqm) built on wooden platforms, each with custom-made furniture, teakwood floors, Ecuadorian rugs, and an en-suite bathroom with hot power shower and flush toilet. All tents have a large verandah. There is an additional three-bed family suite for those preferring more privacy and space.

A wide range of activities is on offer including walking safaris, boat cruises, diving, snorkelling with sea lions, wildlife spotting, bike riding and horse riding. The camp can also provide a relaxing extension after a cruise.


The camp caters for children and offers activities suitable for all the family. Kids activities such as treasure hunts and arts and crafts are also available.
