Cavas Wine Lodge

Located at the foot of the Andes in the heart of Argentina’s most famous wine route, Cavas Wine Lodge sits amongst rolling vineyards. This Relais & Chateaux property just outside Mendoza is devoted to the joy of wine.

Eighteen quirky, private villas are dotted amid vines and furnished with king-sized beds, spa bathrooms, outdoor showers, and individual plunge pools. Each has a private west-facing rooftop terrace, where guests can watch the sunset behind the Andes.

The main house has a communal living room and an elegant restaurant serving Latin American cuisine with an emphasis on organic, seasonal produce. It’s complemented by an extensive wine list.

This rustic chic retreat is nestled in a 55-acre vineyard that is situated in Mendoza, the heart of Argentina’s wine country, a 10-minute drive from Governor Francisco Gabrielli International Airport.

The lodge offers 18 beautifully designed and expansive rooms that are housed in stone bungalows, all offering spectacular views of the Andes Mountains through their floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room features a king-size bed, spa-style bathroom, a large roof terrace, an outdoor shower, a wood-burning fireplace and a private plunge pool. For those looking to indulge, the 2 Vineyard Villas offer outdoor living areas, a private shower garden, an outdoor hot tub and plunge pool, an upstairs terrace, a separate living room and complete privacy.
