Amandira is the Aman’s second stunning liveaboard, setting its maiden voyage in April 2015. ‘Aman’ for peace, ‘dira’ for ‘intrepid’, this 52-metre long vessel was handcrafted by the Konjo tribe and will sail through Indonesia’s Komodo National Park and Raja Ampat.
Aboard the traditional Phinisi vessel, there are five spacious cabins offering a true Aman experience at sea.
The ship also boasts a teak foredeck, entertainment room with library, bar and lounge area where guests can relax and watch the landscape go by. The crew is consists of 14 members who will attend to each guests’ needs.

There are two types of voyages available, depending on the season. Guests can choose between a seven-night journey sailing through the UNESCO protected Komodo National Park and come face to face with Komodo dragon from April to September or opt to sail though Raja Ampat, which is a five- or seven-night expedition through one of the most diverse and incredible marine areas between October to March. Journeys can also be customised to be shorter, or longer, depending on your preference.
There are 5 spacious cabins aboard Amandira: one master cabin, two deluxe cabins with queen size beds and two cabins with bunk beds. The master and deluxe cabins come decked with a living area with sofa and coffee table as well as a writing desk and all cabins boast spacious modern bathroom with shower and twin vanities.

Whilst on-board, guests can relax and make the most of the stunning scenery. There are land based excursions too allowing guests to explore beautiful and deserted islands. Diving trips are also one of the main activities to partake in as is paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, wake boarding and fishing.
