This 19 day itinerary takes you on a journey to three Latin American countries: Argentina, Bolivia and Peru.

A perfect itinerary for city and nature lovers, this trip will enable you to discover natural splendours such as Iguazu and the salts flats as well as immerse yourself into the country’s local customs!

Day 1 Arrival into Lima

Upon arrival into Peru’s capital, Lima, you will be transferred to your hotel, Arts Boutique Hotel B, a wonderful mix of contemporary and traditional Peruvian culture.

The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2 Transfer Lima to Cusco

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and make your way to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Your hotel for the duration of your stay in Cusco is Inkaterra La Casona, located in a quiet oasis amidst the vibrant capital of the Incan empire.

Day 3 Day at leisure in Cusco

Today, you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Cusco at your own pace and take in the beautiful sights and local flavors.

Day 4 From Cusco to Aguas Calientes

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Vistadome train station to board your train to Aguas Calientes. Check in at sister hotel, Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel, the ultimate cloud forest vacation paradise. Don’t forget to dine at the hotel’s restaurant which boasts stunning views of the rushing Vilcanota River.

Day 5 Excursion to Machu Picchu

Aguas Calientes is the base from which to explore the famed ancient ruins of Machu Picchu, which is the program of the day. Alternatively, you may want to explore the town of Aguas Calientes, the local hotsprings or relax in the hotel.

Later on in the afternoon, you will board the train back to Cusco.

Day 6 From Cusco to La Paz

After a nice rest in Inkaterra La Casona, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to La Paz.

Once you arrive in La Paz, you will be transferred to La Casona Hotel Boutique, your home away from home while in the Bolivian city. The hotel is located near the main attractions of La Paz, which is an ideal way to spend the rest of your day

Day 7 From La Paz to Rurrenabaque

After an early wake-up call and a hearty breakfast, make your way to the airport for your flight to Rurrenabaque.

Once you arrive, you will be driven to Caracoles Ecolodge (approximately 3 hour drive), located inside the Municipal Reservation of the River Yacuma.

In the afternoon, you will be taken for a boat ride along the river to observe the variety of wildlife that is all around: caymen, anacondas, turtles, pink river dolphins, capybaras…

Day 8 Wildlife spotting in Rurrenabaque

In the morning, stroll through the pampas in search of anacondas and caiman. Return to the lodge for lunch and a bit of relaxation.

Later in the afternoon, head out onto the Yacuma River to fish for the infamous piranha and later swim with the pink river dolphins.

At nightfall, head out again into the pampas to spot the caiman’s glowing red eyes in the dark.

Day 9 From Rurrenabaque to La Paz

After breakfast, go on an expedition to spot the bright yellow spider monkey, before checking-out.

After lunch you will return via Jeep to Rurrenabaque and be transferred to the airport in time to check-in for your flight to La Paz, and back to La Casona Hotel Boutique.

Day 10 Day excursion to salt flats

Wake up early this morning for some breakfast and then after checking out you will be taken by private transfer to the airport in time to check-in for your flight to Uyuni.

Upon arrival into Uyuni, you will be taken out onto the famed salt flats of Bolivia, where you will be able to experience the vast salt plains which go on for miles and miles, you’ll also be taken to Isla Incahuasi a hilly and rocky outcrop of land and former island in the middle of the salt flat. The island is populated with cacti species that measures up to 12 meters high (26.5 feet)

You will return to La Paz in the afternoon.

Day 11 From La Paz to Buenos Aires

After a night’s rest, you will make your way to the Argentinian capital of Buenos Aires via Lima.

Once you’ve cleared immigration in Buenos Aires, you will be taken to your hotel, Nuss Hotel, strategically location in Palermo Viejo, amidst the bustle of the local nightlife and promises to produce at least a few unforgettable nights.

The rest of the day is at leisure for you to discover this beautiful city

Day 12 From Buenos Aires to Iguazu

In the morning, make your way to the airport to catch your flight to Iguazu, land of the famous Iguazu falls. Your hotel for the duration of the stay is La Aldea de la Salva, which was created and designed to provide guests with the utmost comfort while preserving the environment.

Once you are rested, you will tour the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls, which will take you close up the falls. Discover the basin of the Devil’s Gorge and Estacion Garganta, which leads to a panoramic point. Be prepared to be soaked!

Day 13 From Iguazu to Buenos Aires

Today, you will continue to discover the splendour of the Iguazu Falls, on the Brazilian side. From this side, you are able to get a more panoramic view of the falls.

In the afternoon, you will check-out of your hotel and make your way to the airport in time for your flight to Buenos Aires, where you will stay at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires.

Day 14 - 18 Time at leisure in Buenos Aires

Over the next few days, you will explore Buenos Aires, a vibrant city often referred to as the “Paris of Latin America”.

We recommend a tour of the following districts: Recoleta (for its Parisian vibe), La Boca (a colourful port) and San Telmo (one of the city’s oldest and chicest neighborhoods).

Tango is an integral part of the Argentinian experience, and we highly recommend and tango show, and for the more adventures, lessons!

Day 19 Departure

Today, you will depart Buenos Aires and take your return flight home.
