Here is an example of a management meeting we organised in Bali. The management team of 5 stayed in a private villa, The Istana, located in Uluwatu, the southern tip of Bali. The villa provided a perfect and soothing setting for meetings, followed by cultural excursions through the island.
The villa has a chef and the necessary staff to make your off-site meeting as comfortable as possible.
Day 1: Arrival and surfing
Upon arrival in Denpasar Airport, the group will be met airside for Visa Fast Track (VIP) arrangement and thereafter transferred to The Istana, located in Uluwatu.
Once settled in, they will be transferred to Bukit beach for a surf lesson. In the evening, a dinner will be organised in the garden at sunset, enabling them to sample the best of Indonesian food. A massage in the villa’s spa will remedy any sore muscles from the surf session.
Day 2: Workshops
Breakfast will be served in the dining room overlooking the ocean.
The rest of the day is centered around meetings and workshops. The setting of the villa makes for an informal, yet studious series of meetings, allowing creative juices to flow better. The group can set up shop in the AV room, or for a more relaxed atmosphere, the living room is ideal.
In the early evening, clients will be transferred to Jimbaran for seafood delights and a traditional Kecak dance show.
Day 3: Workshop and cocktails
In the afternoon, the group will have the choice between a white water rafting experience or staying in the villa and relaxing. In the early evening, sundowners will be organised at famed Rock Bar at AYANA Resort, a perfect and relaxing way to end three days of meetings, followed by dinner at Mama San a bistro-style restaurant serving top-notch Asian dishes.
Day 4: Departure
After three days of work and pleasure, the group will be transferred to the airport for their return flight.
