Sossusvlei

Whilst on safari in Namibia, another must-see is Sossusvlei. Here you will find the tallest red sand dunes in the world, which can rise to a staggering 330 metres and are truly astonishing.

To get the best of the whole experience you really must get up early to see the vibrant colours of the dunes bursting into life as the morning sun wakes them up. To get a feel for just how vast these dunes are, climb up to the top and look out over the desert.

This is a fantastic place for keen photographers, couples looking for a more adventurous honeymoon, or a family holiday the kids will never forget.
