Noma 2.0

After spending last year in Mexico, the Noma team is back to launch Noma 2.0 in Copenhagen. The new site will feature a farm, which is where the team will source most of their ingredients. The new menu will change with the seasons – they will showcase seafood in the spring and summer, then vegetables in the fall, before working with game and foraged ingredients in the winter. Opens February 2018.

Sabor

The ex-executive chef and GM of the Michelin-starred Barrafina in London have decided to launch their own restaurant in Heddon Street. The two-storey Sabor restaurant will be serving up all your Spanish favourites, including Galician octopus, Castilian suckling pig and txakolis. Opens January 2018.

 

SINGAPORE

The English House

New celebrity chef restaurant opening in Singapore alert! Not particularly newsy? What if we tell you that it will be launched by Marco Pierre White? Now you’re interested. The famed chef will be joining two colonial buildings to create a boutique hotel and restaurant. Dishes served at the restaurants include sharing plates and steaming clay pot filled with braised beef cheek. Opens January.

Gucci Osteria Da Massimo Buttura

When is a museum not a museum? When it’s a boutique, cinema and restaurant. You would be wrong however, if you thought that the restaurant for the Gucci Garden was an afterthought. The chef helming the restaurant in Florence is noneother than Massimo Bottura of the famed Osteria Francescana. Belissima. Opened January 2018.
