Aman Venice

A ceiling like this is worthy of a dramatic entrance. The only way that guests can reach this hotel is by a private boat. The Stafford, London

Word is that when the former owner sold the hotel he took his private art collection with him. This left the much-loved American Bar looking rather empty. However, visitors came to the rescue by donating whatever they had found on their travels. The result is the most eclectic ceiling in London.
