Born and raised in England, Vicky was climbing mountains before she was even born thanks to her mother’s love of the outdoors. Inheriting this habit of never being able to sit still for too long, her need for adventure has led her to travel and work around the world with her last stint in Vietnam before settling in the culinary capital of Asia, Singapore. She has always been very lucky to always combine her passion for travel with work, having worked in the industry for the last six years.
Most recently, Vicky found a new love in motorbikes and spent time manoeuvring the dirt tracks and winding mountain roads of Laos, Philippines, Myanmar, China and Switzerland. One day she’d love to cross the world with just a bike, a tent and her favourite bottle of bourbon.
