The Employee will be responsible for, including but not limited to:

  • Driving the social media and digital strategy for the Dubai office, assisting the central marketing team to meet certain revenue targets and grow the business online.
  • Overseeing the overall digital strategy for the Dubai office, including staying ahead of new developments in social media, eDM, PPC and SEO, reviewing performance and monthly reporting
  • Audience building across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Liaising with the creative agency to create digital assets i.e. displays
  • Liaising with the product team to ensure content is timely and strategic
  • Social Calendar development
  • Posting in English and Arabic
  • PPC: Joining the Marketing Manager on a weekly call with the PPC agency, as well as monitoring performance, reporting and researching

Background Experience & Key Skills
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience work experience in a social media or digital marketing capacity
• Be up to date with the latest digital trends
• Proven project management abilities, with direct, hands-on experience managing digital and social media projects
• Ability to think creatively and present new content ideas
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Must be high energy, enthusiastic and have an interest in travel
• Knowledge of the luxury landscape a plus
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, social monitoring tools (e.g., Facebook analytics, LinkedIn analytics, TweetDeck) and social listening tools
